At Last, Photographer of the Year!

The recent 49th Annual Canadian Armed Forces Photography Contest result declared my three photo entries as Environment Category winners.  First place for the image titled "Star Gazer: 2nd Place for "Twilight" and an Honourable Mention for "Middle Earth".  These top winning images earned me the highest points to earn the "Photographer of the Year Award" in the Advance Classification.  My first-place image also won the Best In Show: Best of All 1st Place Winning Images.  The awards were presented to me by the Canadian Vice-Chief of the Defence Staff, Vice-Admiral Mark Norman, which was held last November 23, 2016, at the Canadian War Museum in Ottawa.
